Author(s): Beglyarov RO, Guliyev MR
Abstract: The key place in the development of glomerulonephritis is caused by immune reactions of the body to infections and allergens. There are data on the role of cytokines in the pathogenesis of various forms of glomerulonephritis. It was discovered that cytokines participate in the regulation of the work of immune competent cells in the infectious inflammatory process, regulating the nature and duration of the inflammation, immune response and determining the extent of the disease.
